Common questions
- How many scans do I get? Guests get 3 scans a month. A free account gets 5 a month. Skint? Premium gets 60 a day.
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Open Skint?, go to You, then tap Premium account, or open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the current period ends.
- I bought Premium but it isn't active. Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore. If it still isn't active after a minute, email us.
- How do I delete my account? In the app: You, then Delete account. That permanently removes your account from our servers. Your saved finds live on your phone, so deleting the app removes those.
- Where does my data go? Almost nowhere: scans are priced on our server and not kept, and your sticker book stays on your phone. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
